RETURNS: We offer replacement on defective NEW items if returned within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the manufacturers warranty is inplace.We offer a 30 day warranty on preowned items( we will repair the item or give you full store credit for 30 days)We will accept returns on New items for any reason (after 7 days & upto 30 days)minus 20% restocking fee and shipping to and from customer.

Pricing: In most cases our Online Prices reflect a manufacturer's MAPP pricing..If you see an item advertising for less call us and we will do our best to beat it and make you happy you called.If you do not see an item in our Store, chances are we can Special Order it for you in a get it out very quickly.

Regarding Our Short Term RENTAL Program: For our short term Renters (day,week,or month) we require the customer to come into the store and fill out a contract and establish an account.We require Photo ID,Credit Card & Thumb Print.Payment is required up front by cash,check or credit card.In addition to rental payment a $20.00 CASH ONLY deposit is also required and is refunded at time of Rental Return.Reservations on equipment can only be made if customer has an account and has paid for the rental in advance.

We have Strings,Brass & Woodwinds for RENT at Extremely LOW Prices (Check our Rental Price Page)

The same criteria as above applies. After filling out a contract we require payment of 2 months in advance ,after which you will be billed month to month automatically on the credit card of your choice.You can cancel anytime after the first 2 months. we have the lowest Band Rental prices around and offer insurance for $4.00 per month.
